Sunshine Kuehl answers the phone calls and does much of the scheduling as well as works in the field.

Inside and Outside Window Cleaning Explained
Inside Window Cleaning
The first thing we do is take out all screens (take them outside) and make sure there is access to all windows. Cleaning inside is done traditionally, first we use applicators scrubbing the glass to loosen the dirt until it is clean. We then use squeegees to remove the water. And next we use lint free cloths to detail the edges where water collects. The last step is an inspection of the window for any touch-ups before we move on.
Outside Window Cleaning
Exterior window cleaning is done with a Pure Water Cleaning system. Pure Water Cleaning uses deionized water and a soft brush to scrub the windows sparkling clean with zero chemicals. It is what it sounds like, a pole that can reach 35 feet safely from the ground. Our deionized water tank filters the water to remove all the minerals. That guarantees the windows will stay spot-free longer without any chemicals. This process is safer for our workers and gives you peace of mind we are safely on the ground. And no chemicals are better for the environment.
Screen Washing
Screens are always taken outside and sprayed with a special detergent and then they are put through a machine that scrubs them until all the dirt and any other debris is gone. We then use a towel to dry them, inspecting them as we go.

It is achieved by filtering the water through a tank that has a 2 part bead resin in it that when the water passes through the minerals attach to the beads and comes out mineral free water.
